Duties include but not limited to:

• Act as a tills expert, resource for all operations ( returns, refunds, exchanges, claims)
• Guarantee an excellent customer service for the welcome desk and tills
• Integrate newcomers, conduct on-job skills trainings and ensure the further growth of teammates
• Increase the loyalty of our customers (explain all benefits of Decathlon membership)
• Fully flexible and agile, able to perform additional tasks (Call Center, E-commerce)
• Ensure the best working schedule in order to cover customer's needs

Your profile

• You love the sport and practice it regularly
• You are focused on customer experience and exceeding expectations (1 year of experience is desirable)
• You are experienced and fully competent in all tills operations (2 years of experience is desirable)
• You have a startup mindset. You love innovations and learning new things.
• You are energetic and open-minded, able to express ideas
• You are able to communicate and perform business processes in Russian, Ukrainian and English (min Upper Intermediate level is desirable)
