We are looking for a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our BPO department. Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for client support through performing various types of client's tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer relations through various channels: Phone, email, text, social media, live chat, etc.
- Improve upon our written systems and process manuals
- Schedule appointments
- Create basic reports (reports on weekly tasks, deliverables, sales)
- Provide new suggestions for the company
- Research and personal assistant tasks
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication and writing skills
- German is a big plus
- Customer service experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Critical thinking skills
- Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
- Ability to learn quickly and multitasking
- Ability to meet deadlines
