Renault Trucks Area Sales Manager

Volvo Ukraine LLC being a part of Volvo Group considering intense development, strengthening of the market positioning and sales ambitions currently is looking for dedicated professionals to join the position of Renault Trucks Area Sales Manager (South-Eastern regions of Ukraine).

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Management and coaching of Sales Representatives of Agents (business partners) within the region of responsibility in accordance with the yearly business plan, budget received from Renault Trucks Sales Manager.
  • Drive Renault Trucks sales and soft offers in the region of responsibility.
  • To manage and develop Sales Representatives of Agents within the region of responsibility and use resources efficiently, work closely with the sales persons, coach and follow up, coordinating/attending customer visits through a leadership driven initiatives in conjunction with Volvo Group values.
  • Agree and decide individual sales targets, opportunities, follow up lost sales and activities per sales person.
  • Secure price levels, committed sales volumes and market share.
  • Precise reporting to Renault Trucks Sales Manager on trucks deliveries on monthly basis following up and securing business plan.
  • Minimize the lead time KPI.
  • Build and secure long term customer relationship.
  • Follow up market development and competitor activities.
  • Establish appropriate objectives in the Business Area in accordance with CRM: total sales, sales by product line, sales by customer group (fleets & customer segmentation), market share.
  • Drive Renault Trucks Sales through business development and marketing activities in cooperation with MarCom and agreed with Renault Trucks Sales Manager;
  • Deliver continuous improvement in the level of customer satisfaction;
  • Be an inclusive and inspiring leader and act as a role model.

  • Strong managerial skills, able to demonstrate a clear vision, global mind-set and successful people & culture leadership;
  • Business result and customer oriented;
  • Strong negotiation skills;
  • Self-Motivated;
  • Desire to work with passion and energy, learn and develop constantly;
  • Relevant sales experience in B2B;
  • Automotive background.

 

Qualifications:

  • Hold a university degree and equivalent qualification;
  • Fluent English both written and spoken.
