Customer Support Specialist (Fluent English)

For our client, US-based real estate development company, a recognized leader in property preservation, conversion, remodelling, new construction, and development of real estate assets, we are currently looking for Support Specialist.

Requirements:

• Upper-intermediate/Advanced English (written and spoken);

• High interpersonal & telephone skills;

• Customer oriented and responsible attitude;

• Hardworking and quick learning abilities;

• Previous experience working with the US market and native speakers is preferred.

Duties and responsibilities:

As a member of the appliance/maintenance department team, you will be responsible for handling tasks of moderate difficulties, such as:

• Accept and dispatch maintenance requests from home leasing companies and homeowners;

• Make courtesy calls to residents to reconfirm our scheduled appointments;

• Communicate all relevant details of work assignments to service technicians to ensure proper execution;

• Direct and monitor daily assignments. Assign work and schedule technicians to ensure all maintenance requests are dispatched in a timely fashion;

• Handle customer concerns and requests for information in an expeditious and professional manner;

• Update information in the computerized work order management software programs;

• Handle emails, take inbound and place outbound calls;

• Interact and cooperate with clients and colleagues from the US office on a daily basis.
