Our company is a National Pharmaceutical company with foreign investments (the official distributor of foreign and national producers), opens vacancy of Executive Assistant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collecting information from all internal departments and preparing weekly and monthly business reviews in Excel, PPT in English
- Preparing and maintaining reports for the managing partners
- Internal follow up on pending items list
- Preparing documents and official letters on behalf of the company and/or the managing partners in English
- Maintaining select information/records of the company in English
- Doing market analysis
- Ad-hoc official requirements relating to coordination and document preparation
- Making travel and stay arrangements for the management & guests
- Coordination with different vendors for orders and their ensuring their payments are released on time
- Office manager responcibilities
Required Qualifications and Experiences:
- Economics or Business studies graduate with some experience
- Excellent communication skills i.e proficiency in English (both written & verbal)
- Proficient in MS Office (specially in Word, Excel and PPT)
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills
- Good presentation skills
- Good planner & well organized
- Action and result oriented
- Self-motivated, proactive and good follow up skills
