Responsibilities:

• Become an expert on your product or service
  
• Familiarize yourself with the ideal customer
  
• Use email tracking to determine the best time to call
  
• Calculate how many calls you need to hit your quota
  
• Personalize your outreach by using customized templates
  
• Send follow-up emails when the timing is right
