Dukascopy Bank is providing Internet based and mobile trading services, banking and other financial services through proprietary technological solutions.

Main responsibilities:

· Perform legal researches and report about legal risks/consequences in regard to copyright and trademark regulations in various jurisdictions;

· Provide information, advice and assistance to Marketing and Media teams and other parts of Dukascopy Group on intellectual property and related matters;

· Prepare and update informative material for Marketing and Media teams on copyright, trademark and advertisement regulation in various jurisdictions;

· Provision of advice in regard to compliance to social media and online advertising services terms;

· Negotiations with social media and online advertising services in regards to compliance with their terms;

· Identify, escalate and resolve intellectual property issues as appropriate;

· Report and provide legal support regarding IP matters to Head office, subsidiaries and Representative offices in other countries as the case may require;

· Cooperation with Marketing and Media teams on mitigation of risks in regards copyright and socials services;

· Confer with Marketing and Media teams to mitigate risks and to resolve problems, such as copyright infringement and disabling of advertising or social media accounts;

· Perform other related duties as required.

Requirements:

· Practical knowledge of intellectual property laws;

· Experience in intellectual property issues;

· Experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating agreements;

· Strong analytical, legal writing and research skills;

· Master's degree in law;

· Extra qualification in IP and experience in copyright regulation in various jurisdiction would be a plus;

· Clear well-spoken English, excellent English writing and communication skills;

· At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in the field of intellectual property law and related matters;

· Experience in international companies will be considered as advantage.
