English speaking Customer support specialist/Sales manager

IT company seeking an English speaking Customer Support Specialist with Sales function to join its team!

We are now recruiting an additional Customer Support Specialist/ Sales Manager to join our team based in Kiev. We are seeking candidates who are strong team players, have great communications skills and thrive in a target driven environment. Must be good at a problem solving with a dynamic approach to sales.

Main responsibilities will include :

• Work with hot leads (usually, we've already just sold them something), make outbound calls to them, targeting for up-sales and add-ons
• Deal directly with customers either by telephone or email or live chat.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and handle and resolve customer complaints
• Set and track sales targets for the sales team, aligned with company objectives
• Maintain a friendly and positive attitude when communicating with the customer in order to ensure high-quality service
• Prior experience with a consultative approach to selling
• Keep records of customer interactions

Qualifications:

• Excellent English - is a must!
• 2+ years of Sales or Customer Service experience (phone calls)
• Ability to build successful client relationships and overcome objections/objections over the phone
• Computer literate
• Strong communication skills, verbally and written
• Self-Motivated and Friendly
• Organized and detail oriented
• Able to make decisions independently
• Accepts direction well
• Strong work ethic
