RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Carry out & track logistics operations; Instruct senders regarding shipment information, the method of transportation, Give green light to shipments & track their status, Handle customs handover processes, Support import & export activities, Coordinate customs agencies and transportation activities during importing & exporting, Prepare export invoices whenever it is necessary
  
• Organizing all aspects of shipping by Sea, Air and Road, from/to Ukraine, to/from anywhere in the world.
  
• Preparation & distribution of shipping documentation specific to each shipment.
  
• Communicates regularly and pro-actively with internal customers regarding the status of shipments
  
• Works in conjunction and communicates with logistics providers to arrange collections and shipments of international orders.
  
• Works with customs brokers to maintain cycle times
  
• Preparation and distribution for the temporary import / export / extensions
  
• Structurally improving Logistic processes in order to ensure operational excellence
  
• Troubleshooting of operational issues on Logistics movement
  
• Standardizing processes, and capturing work methods and procedures in Standard Operating Procedures
  
• Any other delegated responsibilities as instructed by Line Management within the timeframe specified in a safe and efficient manner to meet business requirements.
  

QUALIFICATIONS

Essential:

• Previous experience in the logistics industry, with an understanding of warehousing, planning and distribution being advantages
• Fluent in English & Ukrainian, written and verbal.
  
• Strong communication skills and able to communicate on both management and operational level
  
• Ukrainian citizen
  
• Oil and gas experience will be plus
  
• Computer literate - Microsoft Package (particularly Outlook, Excel, Word,
  
• Internet Explorer)
  
• Quality and details oriented with high analytical skills
  
• Customer oriented (internal & external)
  
• Pro-active personality and leadership skills
