Client Manager/Account Manager

The tasks of the Client / Account Manager are very different, but the sequence of actions is approximately the same. We will expect you:

 

  • Make sure that customers have there business and technical matters resolved (in cooperation with a technical team);
  • Make sure there is a problem and it is essential. Find out whether we have already done to solve the problem, and what we arrive at;
  • Think about how we can analyze customer account data in order to optimize activity to achieve a media plan;
  • Choose right solutions that suit us, based on our limitations. Check them for actualization - which solutions are easy to realise and which one can get stuck on the way. Prioritize them and readdress them to the technical team;
  • Just think how you can attract customers and dive into the process of finding new customers;

 

Our ideal candidate:

  • Has fluent English;

  • Has good analytical and problem-solving skills;

  • Is tech savvy and willing to work in a team;

  • Is self-motivated and responsible;

  • Experience in Customer Support/Client Management in digital advertising industry (as a plus);
