Dafna May is a womenswear brand established in 2016 in Ukraine.
We are looking for experienced Head of sales (Fashion retail).
Main responsibilities:
- Develop strategic sales positioning of our brand
- Develop commercial strategy/go to market strategy
- Develop B to B sales (stockists all over the world, showrooms, trade shows)
- Develop B to C sales (showroom sales, website, pop up stors)
- Collaborate with design team team to provide market insights, client feedback and shape product road-map
- Collaborate with PR and Marketing team to receive better sales and results
- Sales strategy
- Analyses of brand pricing policy and brand's competitors
Skills:
- 3+ of job experience as a Businesses development manager/Sales manager in fashion industry
- Experience selling into stoskists as well as directly online to individuals
- Experience growing sales, ideally in a startup
- Ideally knowledge of and experience selling into the fashion industry
- Documented track record of success and quota achievement
- Ability to create and implement successful sales plans
- Demonstrated experience opening new markets and launching new sales opportunities
- Highly commercial thinker, entrepreneurial, collaborative, with a global outlook
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with an international, multilingual client base
- Understanding of and passion for fashion and the digital landscape
