REQUIREMENTS
- Higher education
Knowledge and real experience in building strong employment brand for IT companies
Must have experience in B2E Marketing in IT product companies
- Fluent English
- Strong communication, team playing, sales and negotiating skills
- Constantly curious with a lifelong-learning mindset
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work independently
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
SCOPE OF DUTIES
- Lead Employer Branding campaign (internal / external)
- Work with ALCOR clients (CEO, founder, CTO, PM)
- Employer Branding Strategy: creating and developing the EB strategy in line with client's and strategic goals
- Consulting, planning, developing and delivering integrated HR Brand Strategies
- Managing project timelines, driving deadlines
- Responsible for tracking and reporting the client's marketing campaign
- Collaboration with PM, smm, designer and managers
- Manage the development budget / forecasting
