REQUIREMENTS

 

  • Higher education
  • Knowledge and real experience in building strong employment brand for IT companies

  • Must have experience in B2E Marketing in IT product companies

  • Fluent English
  • Strong communication, team playing, sales and negotiating skills
  • Constantly curious with a lifelong-learning mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

 

SCOPE OF DUTIES

 

  • Lead Employer Branding campaign (internal / external)
  • Work with ALCOR clients (CEO, founder, CTO, PM)
  • Employer Branding Strategy: creating and developing the EB strategy in line with client's and strategic goals
  • Consulting, planning, developing and delivering integrated HR Brand Strategies
  • Managing project timelines, driving deadlines
  • Responsible for tracking and reporting the client's marketing campaign
  • Collaboration with PM, smm, designer and managers
  • Manage the development budget / forecasting
