Support agent for Call-Center in English

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-year of Customer Support Service experience;
  
• Fluent and literate English ( advanced level) and Russian (native) is a MUST;
  
• Excellent customer service skills - ability to be empathetic, accurate, compassionate, responsive, resourceful, and conscientious;
  
• Ability to understand customers' problems and offer a perfect solution;You are an experienced PC and Internet user. Being a technical expert is not mandatory, but you should be able to grasp technical issues and understand their impact on the service being delivered to customers;
  
• Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language;
  
• Ability to self education and constant structuring of the received knowledge.
  

Duties:

Effectively exceed customer expectations when answering inbound calls and tickets/chats in a professional and timely manner.
