- Minimum 1-year of Customer Support Service experience;
- Fluent and literate English ( advanced level) and Russian (native) is a MUST;
- Excellent customer service skills - ability to be empathetic, accurate, compassionate, responsive, resourceful, and conscientious;
- Ability to understand customers' problems and offer a perfect solution;You are an experienced PC and Internet user. Being a technical expert is not mandatory, but you should be able to grasp technical issues and understand their impact on the service being delivered to customers;
- Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language;
- Ability to self education and constant structuring of the received knowledge.
Effectively exceed customer expectations when answering inbound calls and tickets/chats in a professional and timely manner.
- 5 pm - 1 am (evening shift) Monday-Friday. Company pays for cab.
