Upclick is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team!


Our Support team takes care of clients from around the globe, supporting them in 7 different languages.



  • Upper-intermediate/advanced level of French, German or Japanese is a must, both written and speaking skills are required;
  • 2nd language would be a plus;
  • Good communication skills, attentive to details;
  • The ability to work in different shifts.


Primary responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer complaints and requests via phone, email or social media;
  • Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges;
  • Support customers on-line via e-mails, calls and chats;
  • Identify and escalate issues;
  • Log all calls and emails received and prioritize issues on a daily basis;
  • Provide outstanding customer service on every contact.
