Customer Support Representative (French, German, Spanish or Japanese)
Upclick is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team!
Our Support team takes care of clients from around the globe, supporting them in 7 different languages.
- Upper-intermediate/advanced level of French, German, Spanish or Japanese is a must;
- 2nd language would be a plus;
- Good communication skills, attentive to details;
- The ability to work in different shifts.
- Resolve customer complaints and requests via phone, email or social media;
- Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges;
- Support customers on-line via e-mails, calls and chats;
- Identify and escalate issues;
- Log all calls and emails received and prioritize issues on a daily basis;
- Provide outstanding customer service on every contact.
