Requirements:

2+ years direct Affiliate Marketing / Portfolio of Affiliates - a Huge advantage

Advanced Ukrainian & Russian language knowledge

Advanced English language knowledge

Good communication skills

Metrics driven analytical skills

Strong knowledge of digital traffic marketing

Responsibilities:

Monitor affiliate activities as well as generate reporting and analysis

B2B clients to grow and improve their affiliate strategy

Source, evaluate, recruit and approve new affiliate partners

Optimize all aspects of the affiliate program through established and new networks

Ability to start with traffic connections.
