HR Business Partner (Support Functions)

The position exists to ensure solid partnership between HR and respective functions making focus on delivering business outcomes through making best use of the whole HR function and acting as a strong role-model for the rest of the organization.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Builds long-term, trusting relationships with internal customers and within HR department
  • Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
  • Monitors and report on workforce and succession planning
  • Drives talent agenda in function, ensuring talent plans are in line with SWP, drives high quality people development process, support talent progress and retention reviews, placing of the internal development acceleration programs' graduates
  • Develops and executes of engagement plan, establishing the routines with teams
  • Drives growth mindset culture within the functions, sets people targets, ensures functions Key Business Indicators and business objectives are aligned with other functions
  • Identifies opportunities for innovations/successful practices and continuous improvements and supports their implementation
  • Develops and executes functional capability plans

 

Requirements:

  • University degree (economics, finance, HR administration will be an asset)
  • Proven work experience in HR sphere from 5 years
  • Upper-intermediate level of English or higher
  • Advanced communication and networking skills
  • Strong analytical skills; experience in HR/financial analytics/budget management would be an asset
  • Facilitation & influencing skills
  • PC literate
