- 3+ year of experience in recruitment at IT companies or recruitment agencies;
- Strong management decision-making and leadership skills;
- Ability to ramp up a recruitment team for the outstaffing company;
- Excellent consulting, negotiation, conflict management and problem-solving skills;
- Intermediate+ level of writing and verbal English;
- Background in creating and implementing recruitment plans.
- Select and supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance;
- To create and drive recruiting reporting system;
- Updating current and designing new recruiting procedures;
- Research and choose job advertising options;
- Developing the most effective, economical and appropriate recruiting channels:
- Manage all aspects of the recruiting process for all levels of IT roles.
