We are looking for a proactive and positive office manager, who is gonna add value to our Business Support Team and ensure efficient workflow in Kyiv office.


We are guys who do serious stuff and will require from you the same serious and responsible attitude ;)


Here is what you gonna do:


Local office tasks

. Manage ordinary sourcing of equipment and goods, repairing/maintenance requests


· Manage incoming/outgoing calls and formal communications (correspondence) for the

Corporate Services and Business Support Team

· Document filing and tracking to Ukrainian company

. Arrange shipments (via post/mail)

. Suppliers selection and management

. Expenses reports

. Perform other duties assigned by director

Travel arrangements

· Book local facilities, prepare agendas


Here is what you need to know:


Office package (Excel, Word, etc.)

English (written and spoken) fluency

Ukrainian/Russian fluency.

Nice to have: Italian-intermediate level

Good communication skills

Administrative experience

Working schedule: 10 am - 7 pm, office is situated at the center of Kiev, Palats Ukraina metro station.
