  • Create, maintain, monitor and control processes and procedures for Field force teams to recruit, develop, control Consultants in fields.
  • Create & validate all necessary training programs;
  • Ensure qualitative and regular reporting re 1-2-1 targets delivering;
  • Control and coordinate allocated budget;
  • To analyze and evaluate activities run and maintain regular feedback with line-manager;
  • Create, maintain IT systems to get most effectiveness of resource allocated (address program, reporting, etc.);
  • Actively participate in Ops / Strat Plan creating. Creating and maintaining platform that, together with passive communication platform (SOV) input, delivers campaign Awareness targets. Achieve maximum possible effectiveness of platform usage;
  • Constantly find new opportunities for BAT brands equity growth through effective utilization of contracted platform and non-traditional places;
  • To build professional working relationship with all existing and potential partners;
  • To maintain all local normative statements, internal rules, all procedures, orders including Trade Marketing Policies and procedures as well as Ukrainian legislation rules;
  • To possess relevant and reliable information about activity of direct and indirect competitors, react on complaints and propositions of partners and customers in accordance with Company procedures and on timely basis.



Qualifications & Experience:



  • Master's degree in relevant sphere will be a plus;
  • Ukrainian/Russian languages - native, English - Upper-Intermediate;
  • Profound Technical skills (Microsoft Office, SAP, 1C, other);
  • Proven Analytical Skills;
  • Be expert in active (1-2-1) platform;
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles (CDF, 4P, Brand equity);
  • Understanding of modern consumer trends, trade channels specific and consumer behavior, events;
  • Analytical skills and understanding of factors influencing on brand equity growths;
  • Good communication and negotiation skills;
  • Ability to work independently as well as in the team;
  • Valid driving license of «B» category and experience in driving not less than 1 year;
  • It is desirable to have an experience in sales or trade marketing not less than 2 years.
