customer support, call centres, sales department will be an advantage.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Searching for new potential clients (leads) in social networks;
  • Constant use of active and passive clients engaging channels (messengers, social services, etc.);
  • Answer typical customer questions;
  • Providing potential clients with the relevant presentations and portfolios in order to demonstrate the company's services and solutions;
  • CRM maintaining and support of contracts with customers.
  • Develop and monitor metrics to measure performance and quotas and achieve daily weekly, and monthly targets;
  • General support to the marketing and sales team.
