- Reviewing resumes for requirements and pre-screening of candidates;
- Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs;

- University degree;
- Previous experience in the recruitment field;
- Knowledge of the recruitment and selection processes and tools;
- Self-driven and proactive person with analytical mindset;
- Intermediate English.
