Marketing Coordinator

· University degree preferably Marketing or Business Administration.

· Experience: Preferably at least 1 year of experience within pharmaceutical.

· Strong analytical skills/mindset, critical thinking

· Languages: fluency in English, Ukrainian, Russian. Turkish - as advantage


· Efficient Computer Skills: Excel (advanced level), PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, 1C

· Good in time management and project planning; capable of following-up different tasks at the same time

· Able to work in a cross-functional environment with good project management skills

· Strong analytical skills and ability to effectively understand and act on complex information under high time pressure situations

· Strong communication and team player skills.



  1. Marketing meetings, events coordination (annual TR-CIS Marketing Meeting, Regional Business Review with Global Team, etc). up to 10 events per year
  2. Leading of all meeting minutes during Regional Marketing events
  3. Coordination between TR, CIS, ISR Teams for Agenda preparation, deadlines monitoring, consolidation of requested information
  4. Gathering and consolidation of financial files, FCs, filled templates across the marketing team
  5. Regular Monthly Highlights preparation (12 Highlights per year) and reports
  6. Conduction of on-line feedback surveys, up to 5-7 surveys per year
  7. Ensuring cross-countries, cross-functional and Local-Regional-Global communication flows, tasks monitoring and follow-up
  8. Organization of TC/WebEx/Meeting for the Regional Marketing Department.
  9. Support with visa preparation for visits of Global colleagues to UA (up to 5 times per year)
  10. PR initiation for services for Regional Marketing Department
  11. Processing of documents workflow
  12. Making translations
  13. Ordering of lunches, coffee-breaks to the office for business reviews/meetings
  14. Ensure compliance with relevant Acts, legal demands, ethical standards, Corporate Business and Safety Procedures and Abbott Code of Business Conduct.
  16. Support in Business trips arrangements: (visa issuing, flights tickets, hotel and transfers booking. Taxi ordering; Creation TAFs, PRs, Expense Reports. Closure of invoices for travel expenses).
  17. Preparation of ppt presentations for meetings with TOP Management: graphical rework, proofreading, making translations Ru - Eng and vise versus
  18. Provision of analytical support (work with reports from databases: competitor's sales analysis in volume and value, GR%, MS%, GAGR %, MAT, YTD etc. Preparation of Excel files and ppt slides with the results of conducted analysis)
  19. Outlook calendar daily management
  20. Attends regular departmental meetings with manager to build in continuous feedback mechanisms
  21. Ensure that all travel arrangements are made with the approved travel agent and responsible for coordinating registration for congress and seminars for all members of the department
  22. Coordinate regular reporting of departmental goals for TR & CIS Marketing Director
  23. Establish document-tracking system
