IT Sales&Marketing Manager/UpWork Lead Generation
Leobit is a software development and outsourcing company from Lviv, Ukraine. We are young, innovative and passionate about what we do and have an amazing environment. Our company has more than 100 professionals with the plan to grow to 200 by the end of 2019.
What we are looking for a passionate, proactive, and diligent Sales&Marketing Manager/Lead Generator to join our outstanding BizDev team.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Daily lead generation (UpWork, LinkedIn, Cold-Emails, etc.)
- Initial communication and negotiation with potential customers, follow-ups
- Further interaction and account management
- Measuring and analyzing different sales metrics
- Aligning company marketing campaign with sales needs
- Making sure sales&marketing strategies are being followed
- 1 year of experience in one of the following roles: lead generator, sales analyst, marketing analyst, sales specialist
- English: Upper-intermediate+ (Advanced is a huge plus)
- Good analytical skills, tech-savvy
- Proficiency in Excel (working with a large set of data, pivot tables) and Google Spreadsheets
- Quick learner and a detail-oriented type of personality
- Bachelor or MS degree (can be a student of 5th+ year)
- Previous volunteer work, sales work or sales course is a huge plus
