Our Company

American owned technology startup from the United States is searching for a full-time Associate to be trained and assist our international team with recruitment, sales and project management. You'll receive formal training using American methods and mentoring to help you develop as a professional in different areas. Our startup invests in projects for eCommerce, website development, application development and also entertainment. You'll be an important part in helping to launch these projects and you can grow with our company and reach senior executive levels in time.




  • 4,500 UAH / Monthly Salary (2,250 UAH paid every two weeks via Payoneer using a fixed exchange rate) to start -- can be increased based on performance
  • Earn potential bonuses from successful startup launches you work on that can double, triple or quadruple your base salary
  • Earn high commissions on any external clients/customers you assist us closing
  • 30 days Paid Time Off earned after working 3 full months
  • Possibility to travel to U.S.A under certain conditions or arrangements


Work Conditions

  • Work performed virtually/remotely from your home location
  • 45 weekly hours excluding breaks
  • Flexible work schedules



Marketing & Sales

  • Perform basic primary and secondary research
  • Create and manage marketing lists
  • Contact potential clients via email
  • Correspond with clients via emails and manage appointments
  • Handle client sales calls (this will not be assigned until you're deemed ready)
  • Potentially manage other personnel below you



  • Handle active recruitment, i.e., manage job posts
  • Handle passive recruitment, i.e., connect and contact potential candidates on LinkedIn
  • Interview candidates for a variety of roles and setup appointment with Hiring Manager
  • Handle candidate offer, onboarding and training activities
  • Potentially manage other personnel below you


Project Management

  • Assist with product competitor research
  • Assist coordinating IT contractors among other contractors
  • Assist with product/project management as assigned
  • Potentially manage other personnel below you
  • Other reasonable directives and special short-term projects assigned to you


Required Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • Must be able to write and speak English, not perfectly but good enough to communicate with native speakers.
  • Confidence, discipline and willingness to learn new skills as required
  • Basic logic and problem solving skills
  • Must possess maturity to handle stressful situations and deliver consistent work quality
  • Must be honest and willing to accept responsibility
  • Own a reliable PC and strong internet connection
  • Must have a quiet place to work without interruptions
  • Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word) with a willingness to learn more advanced Excel
