Head of HR and Administration

Our Client, a leading audit company with offices in Lviv and Kyiv, is looking for Head of Business Support Department.

 

Key duties and responsibilities:

  • Coordination of all HR processes
  • Formalization of the main HR procedures and policies
  • Coordination of marketing activities (internal and external)
  • Development of offline and online marketing strategy
  • Coordination of business administration unit
  • Budgeting

Requirements:

  • Higher education
  • 3+ years of experience in office administration/HR/marketing
  • Experience in a professional service company would be an advantage
  • Extraordinary communication and analytical skills, multitasking
