Our product is a sales platform with multiple tools that help marketing and sales teams build outreach campaigns from scratch. Most of our customers are from the US and Europe.

Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Participating in process improvements, development of product ideas, and building relationships;
- Providing help to platform users and potential customers;
- Proactively setting, tracking, and accomplishing specific, measurable goals;
- Optimizing and experimenting with processes to better assist our users.
- 1+ years of experience in a Сustomer Сare position;
- Fluent English;
- Ability to self-manage;
- Service mindset - ability to empathize, put yourself in other people's shoes, and communicate clearly and directly with customers and in-house team members;
- Willingness to go above and beyond to help clients;
- Flexibility, with a desire to think outside the box and grow with Snov.io team.
