Assistant to manager of operations (English)

Requirements:

• must have a degree from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv or National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy
• fluent oral English and perfect written English
• some background in biology/medicine/science, or working for a company specializing in any of these
• excellent knowledge of MS Word and Excel
• responsible, resourceful, thorough, with attention to details, resistance to stress
  
• ready to do anything
• willing to learn a lot, specifically science, medical and biological concepts
• ability to think on their feet and adapt to changing situations
• must be able to communicate well and listen to team members

Responsibilities:

• anything that may be required by management (from online orders and picking up deliveries to scientific research and writing blogs)
• assistant duties
• sourcing of products (for the US and European market)

Working conditions:

• flexible, 8 hours a day, sometimes may be required to work late (up to 10 pm)
• international environment
