    Our Client is the global software solutions company with more than 30 years of industry experience. The Client leads the market in providing enterprise software and industry solutions for their chosen domains: construction and engineering, home building and property development, and facilities and service management. Client products are designed for large firms that generate over $50 million in annual revenue. It is a global company with 62,000 users and its size is above 300 employers. The start of cooperation with SoftServe amounts 4 people and dates back to 1998.

    Job Purpose:

    Our Product marketing office is looking for an Experience Designer (Visual Designer), who will work directly with the Director of Marketing and Design to create the resources needed for the company (Web and Mobile) products, conferences, social events. Such professional will conceptualize, design, and oversee print and digital creative solutions that address the marketing and communications needs of the client. Collaborate closely with the client, stakeholders, business analysts, and UX designers to create visually compelling graphics and UI's with a consistent visual style, incorporate feedback and iterate rapidly. Adhere to and extend style guides and visual languages that are consistent with our clients' design standards. Present visual designs to team and management while clearly articulating design rationale.

    Essential Functions:

    • Create and execute concepts for print and digital collateral including but not limited to brochures, traditional and digital advertising, presentations, event collateral and signage, infographics, UI and icon design, emails, and promotional items
    • Consult with clients and vendors on creative project needs and present concepts with supporting brand and marketing rationale
    • Provide print-ready files and coordinate production with printers including press checks and print delivery
    • Direct photo shoots and photo searches as needed for creative projects
    • Maintain client brand continuity and visual appearance in print, digital and multimedia environments
    • Develop and manage the library of relevant materials, supplies, equipment, photos, graphics, and design asset


    • Degree in graphic design or related field
    • 3+ years of print and digital design experience
    • Experience working directly with clients
    • Experience with user interface design
    • Great sense of typography, iconography, color theory, and visual composition
    • Mastery of Sketch, Adobe CC, and other modern design and prototyping tools
    • Mastery of macOS
    • Experience collaborating cross-functionally in a team environment to deliver a quality product while advocating for visual design and brand consistency
    • Experience with the printing process including print specifications, cost estimates, final files, and press checks
    • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication and client management skills
    • Experience designing for web and iOS, including responsive design
    • Demonstrated capacity to work well in a team environment and individually with little direction
    • Detail-oriented, down to the pixel
    • Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment and tight timelines
    • Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities
    • High energy and a positive attitude
    • A strong portfolio of work that demonstrates the above
    • Experience with video production is a plus
    • Knowledge of HTML/CSS a plus

    Working Conditions:

    • May work around standard office conditions
    • Repetitive use of a keyboard at a workstation
    • Use of manual dexterity
    • Occasional overtime hours during peak periods and/or for events.
    • Up to 25% travel will be required primarily for onsite client support in London
