    • 3 years in HR or recruitment experience
    • Experience in staffing is a big plus
    • English level - Upper-Intermediate and above

    The scope of this dream job inter alia includes:

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Staffing planning and Delivery unit reserve management •

    • Proactively analyze the coming demand or changes on project, and develop resourcing options (internal pool, forces rotations, internship, opens new vacancies, etc.)
    • Continuously collect information on potential opportunities within Delivery unit, and share them to the rest of GTA team to ensure GTA readiness for staffing
    • Provide effective utilization of IT Academy and internship programs by Delivery unit, request custom IT Academy groups upfront

    Ongoing projects monitoring -

    • Facilitate the hunting cases processing by sharing the available options for hunted person re-employment
    • Monitor and discuss regularly the opportunities for interns involvement into ongoing projects to ensure Delivery unit scalability, profitability and readiness for future staffing; maintain the needed level of interns within Delivery unit according to the opportunities pipeline and project plans
    • Draw up the list of overpriced and underpaid resourced candidates, persons 'under risk' and create rotation roadmaps for such people together with Project Managers and HR Business Partner
    • Build roadmap of minimizing impact of rotation risks together with Project Managers and Career Advisors

    Staffing consulting -

    • Support new clients engagement and project staffing planning by providing relevant information on staffing capabilities across the locations and sources, projected cost and timing, potential risks, previous experience with staffing of specific technologies or their combinations
    • Take active part in definition of staffing strategy for the project, ensure that all staffing risks are addressed and the whole staffing team has shared understanding of the defined strategy
    • Regularly collect staffing related information and opportunities, monitor pools, potential and actual project cuts, rotations in an account and across the company, market situation, ongoing hunting cases, spikes in demand for the specific locations and technologies to be able to deliver efficient staffing consulting
    • Facilitate the choice of target staffing locations by conducting location current and future capacity assessment, capacity of alternative sources, history of staffing, request necessary market researches by GTA team
    • Ensure that defined staffing strategy is realistic and achievable; set appropriate timing and costs expectation to CSL, Delivery, client

    Staffing activities coordination •

    • Ensure staffing requirements are well understood and validated by hiring managers and decision makers
    • Gather and meet the whole staffing team (recruiters, resource managers, interviewers and technical experts), establish effective collaboration between staffing team members, set expectations on each stakeholder contribution, monitor mutual collaboration and team work in project staffing team
    • Update Delivery Manager and CSL on the staffing progress, blockers identified, risks to be eliminated, needed improvements, or actions to be considered
