We are hiring Product Managers to deliver exceptional value during the whole PDLC to our clients. Our clients are from the range of the industries which include but are not limited to:

    As a Product Manager, you can work here on different stages of the PDLC - on the product initiation or with an existing product to boost its performance on the market. So depending on your skills and abilities as well as your profile we can find a perfect job for you at one of our divisions or clients: from working as a Product Manager on pre-sales and defining new products to leading those to market success, or joining existing product to refine it and develop. You will closely work with our Delivery Manager and Customer Success Lead (aka Account Manager) on SoftServe side as well as with the stakeholders on the Client side.

    Job Purpose:

    We are looking for a Business Analyst, who combines both - strategic and technical focuses. Yet we are not looking for a person in a specific domain now, but rather a person with right attitudes. The one should seamlessly combine the following features:

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Act as the «messenger of the market» from the outside-in to the rest of the organization
    • Communicate the Product Vision to the team
    • Drive feature development and prioritization of the product roadmap
    • Customer segmentation for the Product
    • Know why we are winning and losing in the market, and drive changes to our product and processes to create improvement
    • Collaborate with other stakeholders such as product marketing in the creation of positioning for your products
    • Be engaged closely with customers to understand important graph use cases and identify critical features that deliver customer value, and coordinate the prioritization and execution of company engineering efforts
    • Define a market-leading product
    • Deliver product management analysis and artifacts, including market requirements, feature roadmap, and customer experience artifacts
    • Work with the engineering and program management leads to set strategy, define the product, and make critical decisions between performance, features, and speed-to-market
    • Perform business analysis, including financial models, customer segmentation, competitive analysis, pricing analysis, and customer usage analysis
    • Write business and functional requirements if required
    • Keep a finger on the pulse of our competition, and develop strategies and tactics to reduce the threat

    As a Plus:

    In addition, depending on the product you can -

    • Validate product concept and business idea (s)
    • Evangelize product on conferences and do frequent demos
    • Create product business plan/business cases
    • Define/redefine the customer buying process
    • Work with sales to provide the information about the product
    • Analyze various market segments and collaborate with leadership to choose the best ones to pursue


    • 3+ years of marketing, development, sales, or product management experience
    • Tech savvy and passionate about building products
    • Track record of using qualitative and quantitative data to prioritize and drive decision-making
    • Comfortable using collaboration and CRM tools such as Slack, JIRA, Aha, and Salesforce
    • Metrics-driven: Strong analytical and synthesis skills are a must, including the ability to absorb and process large amounts of data into actionable information
    • Experience with best practice Agile / SCRUM development and lean startup principles
    • Curious and comfortable holding professional conversations with target buyers and users as well as business stakeholders of C-level
    • Must be a strong writer and public speaker in front of large, senior groups
    • Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams, and third parties
    • Subject matter expert/industry experience a strong plus
    • MBA will be a plus
    • Pragmatic Marketing Certified (PMC) III or higher will be plus
    • You know the right questions to ask engineers about architecture and product decisions alike
    • Also, you will help to generate the new ideas based on your contact with customers and prospects
