We are a technology startup based in Vancouver, BC, Canada, with international IT team who built a technology platform AirGMS (vacation rental management software) for Airbnb hosts around the world. We are looking for a new Customer Experience Specialist to join our strong and empathic team of customer-first support professionals.


Job description


In your role, you'll be asked to provide an incredible customer care and high level of service over chat and email. We serve our customers from 6 am to 2 pm (Vancouver Time Zone) seven days a week. Experts work 8 hours shifts, 2 work days followed by 2 days off. This is the remote position.



  • Provide remote assistance to the customers and ensure perfect onboarding
  • Identify and report issues to the tech team. Follow up customers regularly in their request
  • Monitoring customer engagement and deliver reports
  • Create the educational content for the Knowledge Base
  • Work closely with marketing and sales team to maintain a high level of service



  • MUST: Fluent level of written English
  • Strong creative writing skills
  • The doer personality
  • Loads of empathy, patience, and a positive approach
  • Analytical mindset
  • Ability to identify the causal relation



  • Bachelor or equivalent in Linguistics, Education
  • Experience working with help Desk Tools (i.e. Intercom, Zendesk) - a plus
  • 1-2 years experience in a remote team in a related position - a plus
