    • Participate in proposal preparation process as a part of Presales team
    • Prepare responses to RFI, RFP, and business proposal developments
    • Creation of presentations about products, relevant experience, and case studies
    • Prepare effort and cost estimates, project timeline, selecting appropriate delivery and billing models
    • Discover client needs and participate in Q&A sessions and gathering product requirements
    • Coordinate the process of proposal approval with sales team and senior management, to include the opportunity qualification process
    • Perform various researches, market analyses, presentation of results
    • Continually collect and structure presales assets for further reuse by Presales team
    • Interact with the Miratech Sourcing team, and customize employee profiles for presentation to prospective clients


    • Excellent leadership skills, a natural self-starter, motivated and passionate about technology
    • Excellent analytical skills, non-standard and effective problem solver
    • Ability to work independently, in multitasking mode with a large amount of information and in time constraints
    • Ability to research, drive deep into technical areas, analyze and concise presentation of results, attention to details
    • Ability to learn quickly and adopt new practices
    • Ability to communicate with clients, recognize the demands and manage expectations
    • Ability to present to all levels of executive, sales and technical management
    • Ability to work during non-working hours
    • Exceptional communication skills, excellent writing and speaking English
    • Expert knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)
    • Nice to have SWE or VVE background
    • Master degree in technical science, mathematical background
    • Willing and eager to learn the technical Presales skills and disciplines (to include estimating, and Function Point Analysis)
