Role Overview Personal Assistant of CPO


Inter Group Ukraine is looking for Chief People Officer's personal assistant. You are going to be involved as well as be responsible for creating a unique team that is going to change the world in terms of the music business. You will be obliged to:


  • Organizing meetings
  • Be responsible for calling and inviting candidates for the interview
  • Preparing documents, presentations or schemes
  • Posting about new openings in the company
  • Searching candidates for openings in the company
  • Organizing and controlling the process of new employee's adaptation
  • Mentoring organization of corporate events
  • Ad-hoc tasks




  • Fluent in both spoken and written English.
  • Min. 2 years experience as personal assistant/recruiter/HR manager, unless you have advanced English as well as you are high computer literate and have a strong desire to build the career in People management sphere.
  • An ability to look for necessary information in the internet
  • An experience in presentation and documents creation
  • Creative approach to a tough situation
  • An experience as Junior IT recruiter will be an asset
  • Quick learners, who are able to pick up new skills fast are welcome
