- 1+ years of work experience in customer support/service
- Excellent communication, analytical, research and troubleshooting skills
- Basic understanding of SQL, experience with helpdesk systems will be a plus
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work with a large amount of data from different sources.
- Customer-focus and service orientation
- Ability to work independently and put proper priorities
- Written English (no lower than B2) is a must
- Conduct a thorough investigation of possible production issues
- Identify and escalate issues/bugs to the appropriate team when needed
- Show a positive attitude, even when faced with misplaced criticism or frustration
- Handle and resolve customer requests and application related issues
Will be a plus:
- Experience with helpdesk systems (Zendesk or similar)
- SQL knowledge
- Experience of work with CRM
- Copywriting skills or technical writing experience
- Understanding of SDLC and KPIs
