We need a reliable, purposeful Data Analyst for a part of our projects in connection with the expansion of the IT department into the successful, fast-growing company.

Requirements:

• Advanced Microsoft Excel;
• Independent and proactive to bring new ideas and processes to his/her manager and team leader;
• Eye for detail, accuracy, and creativity. Ability to connect disparate information to study marketing insight;
• Analytical mindset;
• Self-starter who appreciates working independently as well as part of a team;
• Demonstrated initiative, solid judgment, and creativity.

Responsibilities:

• Improve KPI and data reporting;
• Analyze and use data for continuous business improvements;
• Identify bugs and problems in the Data Management Tool;
• Work closely with Management to bring new ideas and business improvements;
• Work closely with the technical developing team to identify improvements and changes in the BI and DM tools;
