Key responsibilities:

  • Serves as strategic and tactical marketing support to the sales force director in the region
  • Interact at the regional level with the peers: Regional Director and Technical expert in order to set-up regional go-to-market strategy, challenge
  • Provide internal/external sales force, including local channel partners, with operational marketing and technical content support (e.g., through field events, promotional trials, etc.)
  • Serve as the key marketing contact for assigned sales district, support effective implementation of go-to-market strategy, including customer segmentation and the tactical marketing plan
  • Lead interaction with growers for field trials, demonstrations and other local face-to-face promotional activities for the selected region
  • Feed field level observations to relevant members of the customer marketing team for the selected local region
  • Implement local promotional activities (e.g., promos, dealer/grower events) in concert with the relevant Marketing Communications and/or Sales Manager for the selected local region
  • Successfully monitor from marketing side the sales cycle within designated local region, Turnover for products included for the selected local region
  • Total market forecast and CS market share forecast, analysis of competitors, market shares, monitoring of key competitors activities for the selected region
  • Comparative analysis of the product portfolio and specific products for CS and competitors for the selected region
  • Analysis of CS local experience to combat harmful objects for technical positioning from marketing side for the selected region jointly with technical experts and D&I team
  • Input to determination of competitive advantages and USP (unique selling proposition) for CS products to be done jointly with D&I Colleagues
  • POS preparation including catalogs and other handouts in accordance with relevant existing knowledge and information

Qualifications:

  • Higher degree in agronomy/business or similar
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Marketing / Sales with understanding of the appropriate marketing tools and principles
  • Agro management or Agronomics education, knowledge and understanding of CPP market is advantage
  • Strong business analytical and problem solving skills, commercial mindset
  • Able to work independently and with limited supervision, highly self-motivated and able to effectively manage various competing priorities
  • Strong project management skills required
  • Skills of analysis and forecasting
  • Knowledge of and ability to put into practice marketing tools
  • Skills of influence on others.
