GlobalLogic Ukraine is inviting a Engineering Manager to join its Lviv office.

Customer is looking for a team that is going to handle technical support of the existing Software and Hardware solution taking ownership of the solution quality and proper incident response and resolutions.

Java EE, RTC, C++-Linux


  • Team management for 12+ people
  • Define and setup process (SLAs, KPIs, tracking, reporting etc)
  • Ownership of release process for Enterprise Unified Conferencing software
  • Coordination of identification and resolution of field reported cases that have been determined to be actual code defects
  • Setup and keep proper communication channels with customer
  • Coordinate reporting of release status
  • Support of other opportunities with the customer (proposals, PoCs etc)
