To assume the role of Head of Sales in CoreTeka you should have:
Higher education in Communications, Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration, etc.
Experience in B2B sales (outstaffing / outsourcing services);
Experience in effective management of a team of 4+ people;
Knowledge of business strategy development and sale optimization techniques;
Excellent sales and communication skills;
Strategic and analytical thinking;
Determination, focus, and ability to work with low supervision.
Advanced English level is a must, while a notable advantage would be:
Experience of studying / working in English speaking countries;
German as a second foreign language;
Knowledge of the USA and European markets.

Lead the business expansion on strategic markets: solutions for logistics, retail and automotive industries in Germany, Netherlands and USA.
Identify and execute the roadmap that will lead to achievement of the department's goals as well as the overall goals of the business.
Implement sales strategies and drive enhanced revenue generation for the company.
Undertake detailed analysis of sales performance for the purpose of reporting sales strategy successes, weaknesses, and opportunities to senior sales management.
