We are looking for the young engineers to provide Tier 1 support to the Users of our application for drivers. It provides safer driving, lower operational costs and greater customer satisfaction for a clear competitive advantage.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide solution support for the Сustomers;
  • Handle cases. 

 

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Technical support;
  • Experience in querying different types of databases (e.g. MySQL, MS SQL);
  • Experience in script writing SQL, C# (advantage);
  • Experience with Office tools and Visio;
  • Experience in working with solutions that incorporate hardware, cloud computing, networks, and especially mobile technologies;
  • Independent, Bright, and quick learner;
  • Structured, methodical and analytical;
  • Multi-tasker, Team player;
  • Has excellent communication skills and experience in customer-facing communication;
  • Intermediate English level.
