Financial Reporting Specialist

An International financial company is looking for Chef Financial Controller to join our successful family!

Key responsibilities:

· Managing and supervision of finance controlling and bookkeeping team;

· Maintenance and organizing regular IFRS financial reporting process in existing and newly created companies;

· Supervision of accounting operations in foreign affiliated companies;

· Ensure timeliness of regulatory reporting of European subsidiaries;

· Control of accuracy and completeness of accounting information posted in SAP;

· Organization of reconciliation process with suppliers and payment solution providers;

· Maintain control over intragroup processes and procedures focusing on accuracy and timeliness of accounting postings;

· Periodic review and improvement of payments approval procedure;

· Work with auditors and accounting outsourcing organizations;

· Preparing data for internal/management reporting; financial period closing procedures;

· Coordination of the accounting team, including work allocation, motivation, training, development, appraisal, etc.

· Support of finance management and other internal customers as needs arise, including ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects.

· Ad-Hoc reports

· Preparation of presentations

Key requirements:

· University degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics or related field.

· Auditing experience is an advantage.

· 5+ years' practical experience in Controlling /Finance department/area

· 2+ years' management experience Controlling /Finance department/area

· SAP B1 experience is desirable:

· Working knowledge of IFRS;

· Advanced Excel skill

· Experience in multi-national, multi-currency environment is an advantage

· Intelligent, initiative and pro-active

· Good communication skills, intercultural competence

· Well-organized, goal oriented, able to multitask and work within tight deadlines

· Able to handle multiple assignments and responsibilities simultaneously
