Glory Trade is a modern and rapidly growing company working in the field of retail and wholesale trade both in Ukraine and abroad (about 50% of our customers are based in the USA).

We create and produce souvenirs, jewellery, accessories, selling them on Etsy, an international online market-place.

We are currently looking for a customer service/e-commerce specialist

Main opportunities/challenges for this role:

Your income will depend on the success of your sales (10,000 UAH + commision).

The post holder will be expected to be ambitious, pro-active and customer-oriented with excellent communication and computing skills.

Requirements for the advertised vacancy:

• Fluent written and spoken English and Ukrainian
• Personal drive to deliver results within tight deadlines
• Stress-tolerant
• Highly-organized, able to keep deadlines
• Experience in working with Photoshop, Google spreadsheets is an advantage
• Ready to hire a student or a person with no experience

Responsibilities:

• Customer service (answering customers' queries online, no calls)
• Taking orders and following-up on them
• Working with Microsoft Office
• Responsible for bringing in sales
• Cooperation with in-house production department
