Middle/Senior Android developer

You are going to be responsible for further development of our own in-house products: an Android based multi-speaker audio streaming product as well as our application for easy management of meeting rooms. Also, you are likely to be working on projects of our clients. All in all, a position with lots of technically interesting opportunities for personal growth.

Responsibilities include:

• Development of Android applications and integrating them with back-end service;
  
• Full life cycle development of our own exciting and varied Android products;
  
• Realisation of client projects - estimation, development, implementation;
  
• Translate designs and wireframes into high quality code;
  
• Design, build, and maintain high performance, reusable, and reliable code;
  
• Technological scope: native Android, cross platform scripting and perhaps Flutter?
  
• Initially a one-man team - but one that could grow around you;
  
• Cooperation with back-end developers.

Skills required:

• At least 3 years of experience in native Android mobile development;
  
• Strong on native Android development in Java and/or Kotlin;
  
• Understanding of the Android world: working with the Android SDK, different Android versions, different screen sizes;
  
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services;
  
• Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices;
  
• Good understanding of object oriented programming;
  
• Experience with one or more cross-platform environments;
  
• Several successful deployments to app store with significant experience;
  
• A natural understanding for what looks and feels good;
  
• Good written and spoken communications in English;
  
• Creative, curious and inspired.

Nice to have:

• Integration of rich media to Android apps;
  
• Experience with real time applications is welcome;
  
• Experience with back-end development.
