Sanofi Ukraine, the part of Sanofi Group, diversified global healthcare leader, announces the position of Customer Insights Specialist (maternity leave position).
JOB PURPOSE:
To support all marketing initiatives with research insights and data on main market trends on behavior of our key clients such as pharmacists, doctors, and patients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Be a strong partner for CHC Marketing team in consumers / healthcare professional insights;
- Support the system of tracking research projects: a) consumers behaviour Tracking system of doctors' prescription behaviour; b) doctors / pharmacists prescription/recommendation behaviour;
- Perform all kinds of ad-hoc research projects such as tests of creative concepts; price studies; evaluation of new brand concepts and post-launch tests; usage and attitude studies; segmentations.
- Agency management: to lead the communication with agencies in order to increase their knowledge in pharmacy field and organize their work on projects in such way that they provide high-quality and timely research results;
- Support of HQ Research team with Ukrainian market information and help in organization of local part of global research projects;
- To ensure reporting of adverse events connected with the company products according to corporate procedures and local legislation.
REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree;
- Background in marketing 2-3 years at the position of research manager.
Core competencies /skills:
- Good knowledge of marketing research theory;
- Excellent analytical and consulting skills;
- Excellent Presentation skills;
- Mastery of MS Office package (particularly, Excel & PowerPoint), knowledge of specific research software like SPSS is desirable;
- Fluent English, Ukrainian & Russian languages.
