English Speaking Customer Support Manager (Remote)

Checker Soft is a genuine cloud-based market research platform serving B2B customers internationally for over 15 years . Our main market areas are Europe, Latin America and Asia.

Our headquarters are in Israel. Currently we are looking for an Account Manager to join our team with: 

•  fluent English 
• any additional foreign language is a benefit!

to join our team remotely and take care of our Europe based customers and establish first contact with new leads;

Requirements:

• free command of ENGLISH, an additional foreign language is a plus (minimum B2 / preferably C1 level)
• preferably 1 year of Customer Support and/or Sales experience in preferably IT field

Will be a plus:

• CRM and technical support skills;
• Market Research analysis background.

Soft skills:

• Good spoken and written communication skills;
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills;
• Confidence, tact and a persuasive manner;
• Good organizational and time management skills;
• Good 'people skills', for working with a range of colleagues and clients;
• A willingness to work long hours, often under pressure;
• A professional manner;
• Good business sense and the ability to work to budgets.

Responsibilities:

Account Manager is the primary business contact for the client and is responsible for the client's satisfaction.

The main areas of expertise for our Account Managers are:

• customer support for existing customers;
• pre-sales function: i.e. lead generation, establishing first contact with a lead.

You will work with our customers and your main goal is establishing good hold in the market and acquiring new customers.

You are an outgoing, easily approachable person, helpful, with passion to Customer Support and deal with people in a calm and professional manner at any time.

Work Conditions:

• Full time remote home based position.  9:00 hrs till 18:00 hrs approximately, Sunday, Saturday - weekend.
• Paid vacation of 12 working days annual leave.
• International trainings & business trips ( when the situation stabilizes).
