Remote IT Account Manager / Fluent Japanese + English Languages
- free command of both JAPANESE & ENGLISH languages (minimum B2 / preferably C1 level)
- minimum 1 year of Customer Support and/or Sales experience in preferably IT field
- CRM and technical support erxperience is a plus!
- Good spoken and written communication skills;
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills;
- Confidence, tact and a persuasive manner;
- Good organizational and time management skills;
- Good 'people skills', for working with a range of colleagues and clients;
- A willingness to work long hours, often under pressure;
- A professional manner;
- Good business sense and the ability to work to budgets.
Account Manager is the primary business contact for the client and is responsible for the client's satisfaction. You will work with Japanese speaking customers and your main goal is establishing good hold in the market and acquiring new customers. You are an outgoing, easily approchable person, helpful, with passion to Customer Support and deal with people in a calm and professional manner at any time.
Full time remote home based position with flexible working hours (approximately 9 am to 6 pm if not agreed differently with the Management). Paid vacation 24 calendar according to Ukrainian law. International trainings & business trips up to 2 weeks length 3-4 times a year provided.
