Service Operation Engineer

We are looking for a Service Operation Engineer.

This person is responsible for supporting day-to-day operations by identifying and solving operational problems.

Required skills:

• Technical or non-technical support experience (1 year+)
  
• Basic knowledge in social gaming, networking, and internet applications/technology.
  
• Good communications skills, pre-intermediate oral and intermediate writing level of English.
  
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  
• Ability and motivation to work in a team and in rotating shifts.
  

It is desirable to have:

• Basic knowledge of Linux system.
  
• Basic knowledge in Cloud Platform (Amazon).
  
• Basic knowledge of ticketing and tracking systems (JIRA)
  
• IT Technical support skills with knowledge of operating system and software.
