Skills and Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English (written / spoken)
  • Experience in sales for at least one year (software, telecommunication services, equipment, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, telephone, and organizational skills
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or other CRM platforms
  • Customer Focus
  • Team playing experience
  • Self-motivation and stress resistance
  • Fast learner

Daily responsibilities:

  • Communication with existing Customers (incoming calls and requests)
  • Receiving calls from new customers
  • Information analysis and allocation of requests
