System Administrator (L1, L2 Support )

 We are searching for System Administrator for L1, L2 Support to join our team in Kyiv.

Responsibilities:

• Support of the users in our offices (Kyiv, London, Tokyo).
• Monitoring of the IT infrastructure.
• Users support: (software bugs, hardware bugs, creation of new workplaces, updates).

Requirements:

• 1+ years' experience in System Administration.
• Basic knowledge Windows, Linux, macOS system administration.
• Understanding of MS Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, WDS, WSUS.
• Understanding Hyper-V.
• Understanding of Backup solutions.
