We are looking for: Cost Estimator to join our team in Kyiv .

Responsibilities:

• Experience in purchasing technological equipment (oil&gas, chemicals)  
• Analyzing purchase needs, preparing inquiries    
• Sourcing and selecting of new suppliers, subcontractors in accordance with the company's rules    
• Conducting negotiations (price and purchase conditions) and cooperation terms    
• Preparing contracts and managing purchase documentation
• Monitoring and managing agreed statements / conditions of contracts or identifying and monitoring the risks and opportunities associated with each contract    
• Cooperation with other departments in the area of purchasing activities and in the field of tenders for clients needs    
• Maintaining positive relationships with suppliers, business partners    
• Cost estimation and cost control

Requirements: 

• Proven experience on the similar position (preferably in engineering/construction industry)    
• Experience within various procurement categories including - technical services, consulting services (e.g. engineering)    
• Experience in negotiating & communication within in an international environment    
• University degree (preferred in technical or economic area) 
• Good knowledge of 'Grand-smeta' cost estimation software or relevant software 
• Good knowledge of procurement processes    
• Good knowledge of MS Office    
• At least good (B2) level of English
