Business Analyst (1+ year of experience)

Axon Development Group is looking for a proactive Business Analyst, willing to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment.

What you need for this position:

• At least 1 year of experience as System/Business/Functional Analyst;
• Expertise in gathering, analyzing and specifying requirements;
• Experience in business, systems and engineering process modeling;
• Excellent knowledge of UML, BPMN, other modeling methodologies and tools;
• Experience with writing technical and process documentation;
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and processes;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Upper-Intermediate level of written and spoken English.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Daily communication with English-speaking clients;
• Concept analysis and defining goals of client's product;
• Consulting, recommendations, suggestions about the improvement of the customer's concept;
• Functional specifications, wireframes development;
