Retention manager (English desk)

We are looking for an experienced retention manager in a developing company who specializes in financial services.

Requirements:

• 6 months experience of Retention manager at the financial company
• an experience of working with customer's accounts (starting from 5000$)
• great analytical and communicative skills
• work with the extremely high information flow
• find a common tongue with any person
• be full of beans, persuasive person
• have fluent level of English
• be a result-oriented person

Responsibilities:

• work with every customer individually, consult them about company's services and to be oriented on long-term cooperation
• work with customer's account
• analyze financial markets (optionally)
• negotiate with customers, to persuade them
• know how to work with objections
